When ordering by email use PayPal to pay us and do the whole thing electronically! Please email us first to confirm availability of the items you want and to get a final quote including shipping and taxes where applicable. Then go to PayPal and "send" us (PayPal account name; pacifictv@shaw.ca) the quoted amount (US dollars only). As soon as we get the confirming email from the PayPal system we will pack and ship your order.
When ordering by phone please have your Visa or Mastercard ready. If possible we prefer a follow up email with your shipping information and confirming the items ordered as this reduces the chances of errors and gives all concerned a record of the transaction details. We also accept U.S. Postal International or Canadian Postal money orders and will ship on receipt, the same day where possible. Sorry we do not accept personal checks, bank transfers or Western Union and MoneyGram cash transfers.
Since we are a Canadian company your credit card will be charged in the Canadian currency equivalent to US dollar prices. We publish our catalog in U.S. dollars for the convenience of the majority of our internet customers however we always bill in Canadian dollars. The exchange rate is currently (24/07/2011) about $1.05 U.S. for a Canadian dollar.
For the exact exchange rate between the US dollar, the Canadian Dollar and other world currencies please visit the Universal Currency Converter at www.xe.net/ucc.
Remember that all prices are in U.S. dollars!
Shipping and handling varies with the size and weight of the package. Generally to the US a small order (up to about 7 miniature tubes or 2 output/sweep tubes) costs $7.20 USD in shipping charges (small packet surface post). Larger orders, Canadian and international orders will have higher shipping costs. Faster shipping methods (Fedex, Purolator, etc) are available upon request.
